Performance:

It was neatly packaged and easy and ready to use. It had a nice subtle smell. I applied it with my finger and I worked the product into my lips. The scrub was not harsh on my lips. The fact that it is a sugar scrub was a plus, because I didn't have to worry about it getting into my mouth. After the allocated time, it wiped off easily with a clean towel or a tissue. Following the scrub, i applied the balm. It left my lips with a 'tingly' feeling. This product did exactly what it advertised. It left my lips feeling soft, supple and moisturized. The effects lasted well into the morning. Waking up my lips remained soft (and chapped, but that's expected). However, after applying my favorite moisturizer, I was back in business! The major plus for me, was that I was able to apply my favorite lipcolor after application! How many scrubs can do that?!!! My lipcolor applied smoothly. There was no dryness, no flaking!

Cons:

It is a bit pricey! $14 for a lip scrub is steep (at least in my book). Also, there isn't much lip balm. The scrub takes up much of the product. But I'm able to overlook that since the quality is so great! So if the quality is worth it, then I don't mind paying the price.

Recommendations:

I would recommment using this product twice a week or as needed. And you can also use it with your favorite lip moisturizer; since you might run out of the lip balm.

Final Thoughts:

This product was an instant hit with me. It has already earned Bombshell Status . I love the way this product smelled and tasted and it performed really well. So, if you are ever at Vicky's this is a good beauty buy!
